I’m not talking about my address book — I don’t keep one. However, Outlook recognizes the emails I frequently write to. How do I send an email to all of these saved addresses? I want to send out a letter saying I am changing emails, as my current (college) one is about to expire.

How can you make and print an address book using a data base?
I need to print out an address book using my data base I created in Works. I created a form, but it is just printing 3 records per page. I need to be able to adjust this. I have limited knowledge in this area. I have tried the help but still am confused. Has anyone done a similar project they would be willing to share the set up information? The final product needs to be approx 5..5 X 11 and printed on both sides.

I haven’t logged into my email in days. I went to check my email this morning and I found out that somebody hacked into my account and sent viagra emails to everybody in my address book. The message inside the email links to some virus (I don’t know for sure because I don’t dare open it.) How do I get rid of this problem?
Can the apple store go through my files on my computer?
My macbook needs a new keyboard so it’s at the apple shop and I have some very personal documents on the computer as it is basically my journal. It is also my address book and I keep a lot of numbers and addresses to well known people in it. Can they go through my folders/files/ect without my permission?

How do I save contacts from a forwarded email?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there an easy way to save the contacts from a forwarded email without having to type them all into my address book 1 at a time? This email wasn’t blind copied, so I see all of the contacts, just don’t know how to save them. I am using aol and mac mail if that makes any difference.
