Need help. Looks like i may have a virus.?

I am getting the following error pop up when i start my computer and I can’t get past it to open Mcfee. This is the error mcshell.exe bad image c:\program~1\mcafee\viruss~1\scriptsn.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator ot the software vendor for support. Someone with a similar issue suggested I create a lof file and maybe someone could find the problem. thanks for looking!

How do locate the source of Google hijacking?

Ever since spyware was installed the other day (and I removed it), Google has been redirecting to other spyware websites, and it says ‘analitic-checks.google.com’ in the status bar. I have used every spyware removal program under the sun.
