Which Laptop should i choose the xps15 or the xplorer x6-9200?

im a student and im trying to choose a laptop which has RELIABILITY and might last me awhile but is also decently good for current gaming and which laptop has more stuff included. ive narrowed it down to two possibilites which are roughly the same price(slightly under 00 with added accessories, components, etc.)
Note: Appearantly the xps 15 is on sale and im getting the price of ,787.98 for ,271.98 for a "limited time" while the cyberpower pc is not on sale so im wondering if the xps15 has better built parts, lasts longer or something.

How do I change my external hard drive from read only to writable?

Just bought a new MAC to replace my old PC and my external hard drive is being shown as a read only drive when I plug it in. How can I change it back to a writable drive without losing my data? The PC is dead and can’t be used as a file storage device so I can completely reformat the drive for MAC only use. If you need additional information just ask. Thanks in advance.
