Is there a way to transfer files between File sharing networks? Like Rapidshare and MediaFire.

Where I am now, a lot of sites, especially from America, are blocked. I can’t access or download anything from Mediafire, Newgrounds, etc.
I can always use a proxy server to access these sites, but they can’t let me download anything. I need to get something from Mediafire, but I can’t download it.

How Do I Stop Itunes From Automatically Opening Files Once I Download Them?
Whenever I download a song from usershare, mediafire or sites of those sorts, Itunes automatically plays them once they’ve finished downloading. How do I stop this?

Every time I try to download a file from mediafire, I get an ad that’s right over the download link, an ad for Yahoo! Hotjobs, oddly enough. I can’t find a way around this and download my file.
How can I get around this and get to the file that I want to download? It’s killing me!
