I can touch the motherboard and other parts of the computer where ever I want as long as some part of my body is touching a water pipe(i have one under my sink) and the computer case I’m putting everything into right?

If you mean you don’t want to get a static discharge on your computer parts i suppose yea you could hold a water pipe lol but touching anything metal will discharge the static from your body. i wouldn’t worry too much about it except when handling the RAM
