PERFECT For Making An IMAGE (Clone) of Your Hard Drive

Review Date: May 30, 2009
Reviewer: Avid Reviewer, San Jose, CA
First off, the product page makes no mention of the version number: the version of Avanquest Perfect Image on sale here is 11 and Avanquest Perfect Image 11 is NOT compatible with Windows Vista 64-bit! This review is on the Avanquest Perfect Image 11 - if you're a Windows XP or a Vista 32-bit user, read on.

---
When I saw the average user rating for Perfect Image 11, I navigated away from its product page faster than I was able hit the Back button on my browser. I discovered, however, that the ratings for the alternative products such as Acronis True Image, Paragon Drive Backup, Powerquest Drive Image, and Norton Ghost were less than stellar as well. I decided to give Perfect Image a whirl - and I'm glad I did.

Perfect Image does a superb job of making a clone (image) of your entire hard drive!

Hard Drive Image
----------------
For making an image (clone) of your hard drive, there's no need to install Perfect Image. Simply boot up with the CD into a GUI interface. The GUI isn't as pretty as Vista (or even XP), but it gets the job done.

Here's the *caveat*:
There's NO surefire way to acertain that Perfect Image has successfully made an image of a hard drive other than to TEST the image by performing a restore of the image and verifying that the restored hard drive does in fact work (-1 Star).

In my experience, Perfect Image is fairly reliable for making an image of a hard drive but it does occasionally fail to produce a working/restorable hard drive image - so, test, test, test to make sure you've successfully produced a working image of your hard drive. (Occasionally, when doing a restore, you might get a message saying that the PFM file isn't found. Simply select Generate and Save from the list of options).

You can save your hard drive images onto CD's, DVD's, flashdrives, or external hard drives.

With Perfect Image, formating your hard drive and reinstalling all your applications from scratch (sound familiar?) is a thing of the past.

Backup
------
If you plan on selectively backing up files on your computer, Perfect Image seems to be plagued with a multitude of problems from an excruciatingly slow backup process to incompatibilities with OSes to the application failing to load up altogether (-1 Star). If that's what you plan on using Perfect Image for, I'd recommend FolderMatch instead.

Conclusion
----------
It all depends on what you use Perfect Image for. Perfect Image is pretty darn near perfect for making images of your hard drive. But for selective backups, I'd recommend FolderMatch.
Not as good as Partion Magic but it does work on Vista!

Review Date: April 25, 2008
Reviewer: Joseph R. Norman, Sugar Land, TEXAS United States
I bought this to do more partion management than Vista provides and my old program, Partion Magic, does not play well with Vista. It works fairly well but there are several things that it will not do like restore individual files or folders nor explore a saved image. Also you need to be aware that you need the latest version 10.1 because 10.0 doesn't work with Vista eithe!

Way too much for Vista. Slows everything down and took 13 hours in safe mode to do total backup.

the product is more for back ups than copying files. it couldnt even accomplish a simple task or migrating files to a new hardrive it crashed it and corrupted everything instead.
i would recommend it for back ups only not for files migration.
No support

Does not support Vista 64-bit. I bought this at a retail store and the box says supports windows vista. I get the product home only to find out it does not support 64-bit vistas which is not on the box any where. Also if you need support over the phone its 24.95 the first 10 minutes and then a certain dollar amount for every minute after that. Doesn't look like a very good company.
Worst Software I ever purchased

Review Date: September 20, 2008
Reviewer: Ronald R. Larsen, Camdenton MO USA
I Purchased 'Perfect Image'on August 2, 2008 (Order# 1019051984). Product received Saturday August 30, 2008. Four weeks to deliver; not a good start.
After installing the product on my office computer, the CD drive wouldn't read discs. Error was "incorrect media". I tried using a USB DVD/CD, with the same results. I uninstalled the software, and the devices were once again usable.
I thought I would give the product another try on my laptop computer. Product loaded ok, and when I backed up my laptop, 'Perfect Image' indicated to log off and reboot for the changes to be effective.
That is when the lap top completly failed....on boot I get "Operating System not found" My laptop is totally wasted...wont boot from any MBR order, and like my office computer, the CD drive is "inop", as apperently is the HD.
Changing boot order, etc to no avail. It is extremely fortunate that I did not shut my office computer down before removing uninstalling 'Perfect Image', or I would have trashed it as well.
This is the worst software I have ever used, and I have been doing this for nearly 40 years. I am a EE with a Masters in computer Science, and have never encountered such a poor product, It obviously has serious compatibility issues.
Waste of Money

I wish I would've checked out Acronis TrueImage before I bought Perfect Image. This software is very so-so, and not anywhere near as simple and convenient compared to TrueImage. Furthermore, the boot/recovery program whether from CD or hard drive, fails to work 50% of the time whether from not booting or not recognizing your hard drives. The boot program for True Image is slicker and much more polished and is nearly the same as the Windows version (done in a nice Vista style) whereas Perfect Image gives you a clunkier and less polished UI when booting directly to it.

A major irritant is the product validation which runs every time and will render the software useless if there is any problem or computer hardware upgrade. Your only option is to contact Avanquest and they will get around to responding to you. You are forced to request them to update their validation database so you can run 'your' program which is currently disabled. This process is quick, only 2 or 3 days to get it resolved.

One major advantage of Acronis TrueImage is that you can restore files, folders, all you want from the same backup image. You just can't do that with PerfectImage. So on that feature alone, why pay the same amount for less? Duh!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Review Date: April 3, 2008
Reviewer: Mama to Aid'nAsh,
I realize that my review is not about this product, but I think it is relevant to potential purchasers of Avanquest products. I do not know anything about this particular program, but have had considerable difficulty with Avanquest as detailed below.

I purchased My Ultimate Organizer 7.0 via download and subsequent key.

I am not making this up - the product displayed a message in Serbo-Croatian telling me the key had expired.

Four hours later with Technical Support and the problem is still not resolved (despite erasing the program, reinstalling, trying different keys, searching the Windows Registry, etc). It takes a full hour on hold to get a technical support representative and at the conclusion of the last session, I was told to contact Customer Service for a CD copy in the hopes that that would resolve the issue. Now Customer Service tells me Technical Support must send me the copy, although Technical Support says otherwise. I am out $30 for a program that is at this point, totally useless, and left adrift by Avanquest who has my money and refuses to help me.

I would purchase Avanquest products with extreme caution. If you have a Technical Support issue, you will have to wait a minimum of 60 minutes on hold (no 800 number), and then get fairly substandard service after that.
do I have to give it 1 star?

Reviewer: J. Staker,
Horrible program! The interface is all in super geek engineer TERMINOLOGY. I have NO IDEA what I'm doing or what anything means. The 'help' files are pathetic - also in 'engineer-eeze' so they are worthless. Can't find any help for error messages.
Wouldn't matter anyway because I wouldn't have a clue what they're talking about.
Want to guess your way through an important task like backing up a hard drive? Except you won't know if your doing that or one of several other flavors of backup operations. The program offers some different types of backups. I still have no idea which one I should be using, or what the difference is. Now the program is calling my hard disks "invalid". Windows says they are 'healthy' and they work JUST FINE. But I can't back them up because there is NO CLUE about what "invalid" means or what to do about it. $50 and lots of time down the toilet.
Does not support 64 bit

I have 64 bit Vista. Looked on the Amazon and Avanquest website, neither stated that the product does not support 64 bit.

After it did not load, I called Avanquest and they told me it does not support 64 bit and they did not know when it will or if it ever will.

My Second Rugged Phone -- A Great One!

Review Date: February 10, 2010
Reviewer: C. D. White, Salem, OR USA
The only cell phones I have really liked have been rugged ones. I owned a Casio G'zone Type-S for several years. I dropped it on concrete, used it in rainstorms, took it boating and camping; and it just kept on serving me well. Finally, I gave it to my wife to try and I upgraded to the Casio G'zOne Rock C731.

The Rock has the toughness and features I liked in the G'zone and a lot more. Casio moved some of the side buttons so I no longer accidentally trigger the sound volume rocker switch or the speaker on/off switch.

The sound is great at both ends of a conversation. The speaker function has a louder max-volume, allowing hands-free commands and conversations in a variety of situations. The ring tone can be loud enough to be heard almost anywhere.

The Rock has good operating programming. For example, when I first tapped a key that could be programmed to a different function, it told me and offered to help me reassign it. Next time I used that key, it politely left me alone. It also offers an "Easy Setup" function to quickly guide the initial set-up of sounds, display, etc. You can skip any parts of the easy set-up. And, you can just directly set each separate item without using the easy setup.

I have been surprised to find that I use the GzGear functions all the time. The tide tables help our frequent agate-hunting drives to the coast. My wife and I are now relying on the pedometer for our daily walks and longer hikes. I used the GPS to accurately measure a few walks and then adjusted my stride length, making the pedometer's accuracy better than 95 percent. The compass checked out to be accurate. And, it is handy when Oregon weather hides the sun on days when we are exploring back-roads in the pickup (which has no compass). The thermometer is accurate. But, if the phone has been warmly riding on my belt in fall and winter, it has to be set aside for quite awhile to reach the ambient air temperature. I used the lunar phase view of the moon, sun, and earth to show my grandchildren why the moon was only half-full. They were impressed.

I have only one whine. The camera lens is on the back of the keyboard-half of the clam shell instead of the display-half. So, if you hold the phone most naturally, your finger can easily cover part of the lens. It took me a couple of tries to find a comfortable hand-hold for pictures or videos. But, the camera functions are very useful.

I cannot comment on the mp3 player or web-browsing functions. I hardly use them. I have those services covered with a Sandisk Sansa and my laptop for now. Also, when I need driving guidance, I rely on a wide screen Garmin GPS. It is always-on and firmly attached to my windshield. I cannot imagine trying to mess with any cell phone while I am trying to find my way through city traffic.

Okay, the Rock has music, GPS, web, and all the GzGear and other tools; but it is not one of those phones that provides a bunch of toys and candy while falling short on the essentials. It is a rock-solid telephone. I recommend this cell phone to anyone who wants a tough, weatherproof, and no-nonsense phone.
Great heavy duty phone

Review Date: June 27, 2010
Reviewer: Benjamin Zeller, Greenville SC
I am a home remodel contractor and there are certain features that I value in a phone. Durability because it will get beat up. Push to talk. Flashlight. However, I am a little disappointed that the battery life is relatively short (my previous 3yr old phone had better life). I am also disappointed that there are only a few decent ring tones. It is very unprofessional to have goofy songs and weird ring sounds protruding from my pocket when I am talking to clients, vendors, subcontractors. I can't find non-obnoxious ring tones on the Verizon ring tone page.

Regarding the sound quality. One of my colleagues has the Casio Boulder, it's sound quality is awful, equivalent to an old drive-thru speaker. My Rock has some of the best sound quality I have ever heard on any cell phone I have ever used. I suspect that the many poor reviews regarding the sound quality may be referring to the Boulder.

Likes:
Good voice recognition software.
Heavy duty
Push to talk
Flashlight
Good camera
Water proof
Lots of cool G'zone apps: compass, walking counter, thermometer etc...
Good form factor

Dislikes
Battery life seems short (about 2 days)
- My brother (a Verizon rep) did tell me that cell phone manufacturers are trending to shorter batteries
Comes with a paltry selection of normal sounding ringers
Best Phone i have ever owned!

Reviewer: A. Holtan,
I had the Casio G'Zone Type S (One of my favorite phones of all time) before the Rock and this is another great phone they have added to the line up. The only con if any is that it can react a little slow some times to the buttons you press and when you have the phone resting on your shoulder to talk to people it's hard for them to hear (angle of the mic). Other than that I give it a 10/10 for durability, reliability, functionality and the G'Z gear is pretty fun to play with. I left it out in my fishing boat the other night and it poured rain the whole night. I went out to get it in the morning and it was still working like new and still had a full battery. That's another great feature of this phone is the battery life. I can easily go 3 days without charging it which is great for trips to the lake on the weekend when you forget your charger. Plus it's pretty cool when you can dunk your phone in a glass full of water and then have one of your friends call it and watch it ring in the glass.

Like after 4 weeks use: Battery life (few calls, goes about a week between charges).
Survived getting soaked in bike jersey pocket on wet ride.
Flash light is fine. Camera is fine, can text pic free to Verizon and then get it free. No cord for it as of a few weeks ago. Trigger button to open it is not a lock, just a trigger to open it. I use it a lot. Ring is loud enough. Can use speaker phone, don't much. Heard 3G doesn't use much battery and that web suggested software changes were less than optimal. Could send old phone names and numbers to verizon free and then retrieve when I got this phone in the mail.
Looked up a time zone time of day on world map. Hope to use compass on cloudy motorcycle rides when stopped, but too cold for much of that in January in PA. Contact list font is large enough. Message icon is large enough. Screen is bright enough. Speed dial for 7 people is good.
Good overall, but not without faults

Reviewer: R.M.,
Let me start out by saying that my previous phone was a Motorola Razr V3xx for reference.

The voice quality seems just fine to me. No problems with what i hear, & no one has complained about how i sound, either. I text a fair amount (probably 200 texts a month or so).

Texting is more of a hassle than my old phone was. Going through the menus to make a new text is a pain, though you can set up a short cut to pass all the menus by. Then you've got to pick out who to send it to by picking a "slot" for that person & then chosing to look at your contacts to pick out the person(s). Then you can fill out the text message. There's also a surprising lack of punctuation marks. No parathesis or semicolon. If you receive a text while you're reading another, it asks you to choose which one you want to read, then you've got to go through the menus to see the one you picked to look at second. Nothing horrible, but inconvenient. It just seemed to me like they needed to make an extra step or two in sending text messages.

Bluetooth works ok. A little shorter range than i'm used to, but not bad.

Reception is pretty good. My office is a metal building & i get better reception than i did with my old phone, though that could be verizon vs. AT&T.

Battery life is fine. It doesn't impress me, but i can go 4 days without charging if i don't talk much. Probably every other day for more talkative people. I like the cradle. Easy to use, so i don't have to wear out the o-ring that seals the normal charger connection by pulling that hatch off all the time.

I don't use the internet features, i can't vouch for that part.

I chose this phone for a few reasons.
1) I have young boys, so i wanted a phone that could take a beating. I read all the reviews i could find on this phone. I believe one even said that they had to use a bat in order to destroy this phone. I don't push limits, but so far i've had no complaints. I've talked on the phone while out in a mild rain, but that's all so far as water resistance. It can take the punishment my 1 year old can dish out, too.
2) I listen to a lot of music, so i wanted a phone that could work as a mp3 player. The mp3 player is pretty good, though not perfect. I got an 8 GB SD memory expansion & it holds all the music i've got & manages it reasonably well. It's not an ipod, but sufficent. You can make your own playlists, too. Speaker quality on the handset amazed me. Completely lacking on the bass end of frequencies, but other than that deficiency it was great. I would have prefered the normal 1/8th" headphone jack instead of the the 2.5 mm, but i bought an adapter & all was well.
3) I use the calendar & alarm to remind me of a bunch of things that i would forget. This is the weakest calandar i've ever had in my cell phone history. The main weakness lies in making events repeat. It has the abibility to make events repeat (i.e. birthdays, or weekly meetings, etc.) however it doesn't actually repeat them. It just does it for the original day that you set the event for. Also you can't classify an event (birthday, anniversary, meeting, etc). It works fine for single occurances, though.

Here's the breakdown:

Likes:
Voice quality, mp3 player, G'z Gear (compass, pedometer, lunar calandar, sunrise/sunset times, tides, thermometer), flashlight, memory expansion.

Dislikes:
Texting convenience, calandar
Improve sound quality - don't cover the mic!

Review Date: July 22, 2010
Reviewer: aet999,
I bought the first G'zone model when it first came out. My husband still uses it, he is an electrician, and we live on a lake. You just can't break these phones! I switched to a smartphone, after ruining a few I decided I needed to back to the G'zone.

I have noticed quite a few reviews that mention call quality (especially for the person on the other end) is very poor. I had the same experience at first, until I realized that the mic that you speak into is not at the bottom as it is on most phones....it's up by the hinge on the left side. So, if you hold your phone in your left hand (like I do), or any other position where the mic is covered by your cheek, people on the other end will not be able to hear you! I just adjusted the way I hold the phone and now everyone can hear me great! Not sure why the put the mic in this position.

Overall, I LOVE this phone. It's a step backward in technology from my smartphone, but at least I know I can count on it.
A Reliable Phone

Likes:
Sound quality
Rubberized exterior
1-button flip-to-open
Bright display
Customizable buttons
Included software: compass, sunrise/sunset times (I use this frequently)
Sound quality when using a wired earpiece (I don't use bluetooth stuff)

Dislikes:
Small front display
Thickness is more than most other phones
Charging/data port is a rare type (c'mon Casio, just use a mini USB)

Lastly:
My last two phones were Motorola Razors. The first one outlived its battery, the second one had a depressed "5" key. This is my first Casio and after 6 months it's working fine without any issues.
Overall great but weak vibrate

Really love everything but the vibrate function. Sound quality incoming and outgoing is fine, not sure why others have had a different experience.
Voice quality spoils neat phone.

I had an earlier Casio G phone. And liked it. So I got the "Rock".

This phone has a lot of fun features. Very neat compass/ temperature/ moon phase/ high tides function, good rubberized feel. Good display, camera with flash/ flashlight... etc.

BUT... voice quality is poor (hollow, crackly).

The poor quality has been a concern for other "G" phones by past reviewers, and it looks like this one is really the same. Too bad. Had to exchange.
Only Saving Grace- Waterproof

Review Date: August 25, 2010
Reviewer: K. Burns, Atlanta, GA
The only reason I got this phone was because it is waterproof. I was spending more on insurance from drowned phones than it was worth. My only choice of waterproof phones at our local Verizon store was this Casio or another brand which was 3 times as expensive and would have required me to upgrade my plan by $30 a month.

The phone is attractive. That's the good point.

Bad points: You can't hold the phone between your head & shoulder because the caller will not be able to hear you. Occasionally, the time freezes on the phone and you will have to open and close to correct. The alarm clock will ring once, you will attempt to dismiss it, the dismiss option will disappear and will sound again in 5 minutes. The internet connection will freeze- freezing the phone entirely- and taking the battery out is the only way I have found to correct it. On occasion the screen goes black requiring the battery option above. Sometimes, when you've closed your phone, assuming it has hung up on the caller- the call is still in progress. I'm sure I'll think of more annoying issues with this phone later.

I have yet to find out if the phone is truly waterproof. I will be a mad little mama if it turns out not to be.
Connectivity to PC bad

Review Date: December 15, 2009
Reviewer: Michael W. Martinez,
While the phone itself is great, connectivity via Bluetooth is poor. it also did not come with a second cable, nor did the Verizon store sell one, so be prepared to order online to make it functional.
Worst phone I've owned

Review Date: August 9, 2010
Reviewer: R. Brown,
The charger on this phone failed in the first two weeks and was replaced by the store. The phone microphone became so unreliable and weak at 6 weeks that the phone became worthless without a bluetooth headset. The phone was never dropped or wet....so much for ruggedness. Warranty support is non-existent. DO NOT BUY A CASIO PRODUCT OF ANY KIND IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF PRODUCT SUPPORT.
Voice Quality is Unacceptable.

Review Date: January 22, 2010
Reviewer: John Perantoni,
I had one of the first versions of Casio's hardened phones and it was great for almost 3 years. I was happy to switch to this phone because it seemed to have everything that previous phone had while also being thinner and more visually appealing. Unfortunately the voice quality is completely unacceptable. Every person I speak to complains of not being able to hear me. This is a complaint I did not get once in 3 years with the earlier model. Additionally the software has a bug which confuses the incoming or dialed calls with the previous call's supporting data. I am refusing to pay Verizon a restocking fee on this phone. I'm sure that Casio will have to pull it from the market.

GREAT PRODUCT

That's a great product. I strongly recommend without hesitation. I had saved all of my data when my laptop was stolen. Easy to use and easy to restore data. Only I had a problem with e-mail restoration. Still I am glad I have bought this product.
This is a great product!!!

Wow, I've used a few backup products, but this one is just awesome. it's very simple to use, and has a lot of cool features that I've never seen in a backup program before. The "smart rank" stuff that ranks your files is great, it found some important documents on my machine that i had totally forgot I even had. It almost seems like they thought of everything to make backing up simple, I definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs to do a backup, i've never had such a simple time backing up my computer!!!
A super easy and SMART backup product!!!!

It is so straigh forward and easy to use. I will definately recommend this product to everyone I know.

AlohaBob PC Backup

This is a good package for backing up your PC. Fairly intuitive, although it took me a couple tries to figure out what the software was doing so I could select the right stuff to backup. It uses good compression to minimize the amount of disk for your backup. The downside of that is you can't just select a file to restore, you must go through the restore process. You can select a single file, but it takes a bit of time. Runs automatically and unobtrusively so it won't interfere with your current work.
A few obvious things missed

1) PC Backup doesn't recognize my External Harddrive connected through a USB 2.0 port, under Windows XP Professional, even after a re-boot. I have to Browse and point to it each time the software starts up.

2) It cannot run an incremental back-up on demand. Instead, an incremental back-up must be scheduled.

3) It is slower than Backup which comes free with Windows XP.

If you are dissatisfied with Windows XP's Backup, and don't find the features mentioned in the reviews above compelling, I recommend to continue searching for something better.
Disappointed

All I wanted was a way to identify some files, remember which ones so every time I wanted to backup, I would press "go" and the backup would start. AlohaBob was too "smart" for my use. First, it has this intelligent file finder that finds what is likely to be backed up. I indicate that I want to select my own files (which it lets me think I can do). Then thinking it would bring me to browser window -- no, no, no...it still needs to waste time doing its indexing as if I had selected the "smart find". I then manually select my files (great!!). In trying to save the "template" of what files I wanted to backup, it requires that I make it a reoccurring backup with selected backup frequency (YUK!!). I want to back up when I get to it (about once a month, not when it wants to -- I am backing up to a DVD which I need to put in the drive). OK, so now I am over that and the backup begins - GREAT!!! Upon returning into the application a month later, I can not select my saved "template" to "run now", it will run when it is scheduled to run :( So...I need to repeat the whole process just to get the same files as last time backed up. I exchanged emails with the company and they understood but were not going to "add" the features I described. Oh well - it looked like such a promising product. Now I need to find another that satisfies my requirements.
Not very flexible. OK if you just accept all the defaults.

I really dislike this software. I'm the type that likes to customize everything and this program just is not made that way. First, when you initially select files and folders, your disk choices are "C:" or "ALL". I have several disks and I want to pick and choose, but this program makes that really difficult. Then you have to pick a destination where the files will be backed up. Choose carefully, because you won't be allowed to change it later! And if you want to do incremental backups, be sure to schedule it before you do the initial save, because you can't do it later. Basically the entire job, future backups and all, must be defined completly at the beginning and can never be changed without completely starting over.
Never have I been so let down by a piece of software

I trusted that this software would do what it claimed to do and was so let down by its lack of performance that I am dumbfounded and left speechless. During backup process I selected about 15GB of info to backup, spanning 4 DVDs. Everything looked fine, except for TWO (2) simple errors that I received, indicating that those related files may not have been copied/backed up properly. I figured no big deal, 2 files/errors out 15GB, I could handle that. Based upon the false pretenses that my critical info was backed up properly (simple pictures, videos, mp3 files and Financial Files to include previous years tax files), I then proceeded to slick my drive. Remember, only 2 simple, benign and almost inconspicuous errors during the backup process. Everything looked great.

During the restore process, I then received numerous errors, each of them requiring me to click 'Yes' when asked if I wanted to proceed. I got tired of clicking Yes around the 100 or so mark and decided to click no. When you click 'no', EVERYTHING is undone; there is no 'ignore all' function so I had to sit through every prompt and got tired of it and decided that proceeding with 1000 files and answering yes would involve too much pain for me. I then selected a smaller group of files to have restored, only the 'My Documents' folder but ran into the same situation. Eventually I ran a test on a small folder to have restored and still ran into the errors but pressed through. Hardly any of the files were received error free and those that had issues were never restored. My guess is approximately 2/3 or 3/4 of my files were not restored and of course none that really mattered made it.

I had the latest update applied to the program, so that should not be the cause. I would have done better to slick my entire hard drive without going through the backup process as I would have been at nearly the same place but without experiencing all the headaches, frustrations and an investment of hours, no DAYS of my time.

The program has been recently purchased by Microsoft for inclusion in the Vista OS, I imagine. It will do well as a Microsoft product, as it fails to deliver upon its promises.

If you want to throw away your money, just send it to me. I'll waste it on junk food - and you'll get just as much for your money.

I'm running XP - but this program refuses to load - and won't load from the start prompt, despite the supplied directions.

So, I've got nothing, right? Next step oughta be their website for a little support, right? Forget it. It's a shell with absolutely nobody sitting in any office anywhere - except maybe a cashier counting your money.

This text clip from the AlohaBob site really says it all: "This site has been disabled for the time being." Oh - plus their "speak to a live person" chat deal for those looking for help doesn't work - in either IE or Firefox (so there is no support).

Do not throw away your money on this dead end, rip off product.
