@ArneBergsch Hi ArneBergsch. Yes, the screen was as its brightest throughout the video.

what is the size of the harddisk? is it 2,5 inch or 1,8 inch?
i’m thinkin of getting a vostro but upgrading a SSD by myself.
October 13th, 2011 on 7:18 am
@TomyyY90 I believe it’s a 2.5″ drive, given that the V130/V13/Latitude 13 used 2.5″ drives.

@BusinessComputingTV thanks! i think it’s a good offer from dell – especially with the umts-module!
right now with i5 and 4gb ddr3 320gb hdd ~530€ … upgrading to 8gb and a SSD+1TB external drive around 750€ ! which is awesome!

@TomyyY90 Yes, you’re right, a good deal. Just remember that Ultrabooks are on the way.

@saneh1989 Sadly, the Intel HD 2000 Graphics graphics card can’t be updated. Also, it’s not that great for games. There are much better gaming laptops available.

HEy, is this a good laptop for video editing and memory consuming programs such as adobe products? Im looking for a nice light weight portable laptop that is capable to work fast and has a good stable speed for editing and music.
November 11th, 2011 on 9:31 am
@RockstarrRoyaL Not great because it doesn’t have a dedicated graphics chipset (uses Intel’s CPU-integrated HD Graphics 3000) and the screen is only 1,366-by-768 pixels. Also, I don’t think there’s a Core i7 option. And there’s no optical drive, if that bothers you.

@BusinessComputingTV ok thank you for the info. So what portable laptop would you recommend? at a budget about the same price as this v131

Well, Dell does offer the Inspiron 15R with Intel Core i7-2670QM (2.20 Ghz, 6MB, 4C) and 1GB nVidia GeForce GT 525M (Quad Core). Is a 15-inch screen too big?

@BusinessComputingTV Samsung has just launched the Samsung Series 7 Chronos. Looks great for video editing – and half the price of a similarly-priced MacBook Pro.
