You can get cheap your own domain name + hosting for couple bucks, you can try it for free for 7 days. And you may get extra income by using them.
You can create your own photo gallery, direct links, ect., with many, many other features that DO NOT REQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF HTML CODING!! There are alot of templates to choose from, or you can design your own. You can insert html code (only if you want) with the copy and paste technique. It’s so easy… just a click of the mouse gets you exactly what you want. And, the best thing is… it’s FREE.
And too, if you want to upgrade to Webstarts Pro at any time, you can. For a mere $3.94 a month ($48 per year) you can go Pro and get your very own Domain name, 50 emails, 1000 MB / 25 GB space, unlimited pages, free search engine submittal, a $25 gift and much, much more. No other web-building/hosting site offers all of this!
Check it out. I’m sure you’ll be glad you did. I currently have my home-based business is on that site as well as two personal homepage sites. And I don’t pay a cent! This site is the easiest (and cheapest) way to publish your very own website. You can visit my business site at: http://www.webstarts.com/uniquedvds if you’d like to see what I have done without any knowledge of HTML coding… and for FREE!

http://freehostia.com/ is good, I’m not too familiar with it but it looks pretty good and I’m using it for my website.
I don’t remember how much it costs, but I think it was 10$ a year, unless I’m thinking of something else.
