How can I email all of my auto-saved contacts at once in Outlook?

I’m not talking about my address book — I don’t keep one. However, Outlook recognizes the emails I frequently write to. How do I send an email to all of these saved addresses? I want to send out a letter saying I am changing emails, as my current (college) one is about to expire.

Try out this freeware http://www.topshareware.com/Public-Mail-2-Contact-for-Outlook-download-47992.htm , it will extract all the email you sent before and turn them into outlook contacts, then you can use the contacts to send the email
