I would like to email my Outlook Express files and folders to a person who has gmail. That person will then put my files into their Outlook Express. How can I do that? Plus I’d like to send over my address book too. I don’t want to put the files onto an external drive, or use some other method. I need to do this via email. I’m stumped and really need some help please?

I just listened to a podcast about this. Check it out…
http://www.podnutzdaily.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
It is episode number 4 all about transfering outlook express files.
It is only about 10 minutes long and very informative.
If I were you, I would do what Steve says on the podcast, then zip the file using winzip and send it to the other person.

compress them using winrar, then split the file up to the maximum size limit which gmail allows. then send 1 file per email. then tell the sendee to extract the files using winrar.
