You’ll need to buy a domain name (shop by price – you’re buying the same domain name no matter where you buy it). then you’ll need a POP3 server to receive email and, if you want to send it from the same address, an SMTP server. If you don’t do much email you can run them both on a computer you use for other things. (You’ll need a static IP address from your provider if you run them from your own computer – or you can buy a minimal hosting account and you’ll get free POP3 service.)
