I put tv episodes on a flash drive via XBOX 360, and when i plug it to a computer, the computer says the flash drive is empty, and im not sure what to do

the xbox uses a different file system to store content that your computer doesnt understand. Unless someone comes up with a program that understands that file system for your pc, the stick will never work. Also even if it did, those TV shows are copy protected and wouldn’t work in your pc anyhow.
