Bought a Norton AntiVirus 2003 program @ a yard sale & it is not compatable w/Vista. When I try to delete it,it says fatal error accured & won’t let me delete it. This is blocking alot of programs to include my collage programs.

You should just remove Norton, the 2003 anti-virus engine is out dated. Malware has changed a lot since then. You are better off buying a new version of Norton or getting one of the free anti-virus programs.

Have u tried going to Control Panel and clicking on add or remove programs and deleting it there?

There are several parts to it and you need to be careful to do it in order – also you may find delete norton on the net programs to use.

Get the Norton removal tool from Symantec, the parent company.
It removes all Norton products 2003 and later.
