I keep pushing the maintance button that says "head cleaning" and there are still lines, after that I push "Nozzle Check"and nothing! By the way, my printer is an EPSON Stylus C62 Series.

This is one of those GOOD NEWS – BAD NEWS situations.
The bad news is your toner cartridge needs to be refilled/replaced as those lines are a result of low ink levels.
The good news is that once refilled or replaced the printer will print like it was new again!
