Every time I boot up my PC, this file auto runs called Windows Solution and it asks me to insert a disk, I don’t have the disk and I have to hit the CANCEL button over and over to get it to stop trying to install. It’s not on my add/remove programs to uninstall, where do I find it to make it stop trying to install???

go to start and then go to run. type in MSCONFIG (for Win XP)
go to start and type in the search bar MSCONFIG (for win vista)
Now you go to the tab on the top called startup. look for this process and uncheck it. If you cant find it, go to the tab called services and uncheck it there. But I think it will be in the startup tab.
once you’re done, close the window and restart your computer.
it should be gone.
