The pictures are on a camera card that I’ve put into the printer, so the computer has the pictures in a file. How do you take those pictures and download them on the flash drive plug in? Please include every detail and be specific. Thank you :)

Open your folder where the pictures are highlight all the pictures you want to copy,right click and choose copy, then open my computer and open your usb drive , right click and choose paste.
If you are running vista when you right click and go send to and choose the drive that your usb is

Find the file on your computer and right click it. Then on the menu that pops up, click ‘Send to’. This will pull up a sub-menu that should have your flash drive(usually E:) listed. Click that and it will load to it.

The files on the card are ‘files’ like any other, simply drag and drop them wherever you want to copy them to.
First open up each device in a windows explorer window, that will make dragging and dropping easier with the source and destination drives open.
Chances are however, your printer has a tool already installed on your PC to do this ‘sync’ing for you.
