I tried to upload scans of my black and white prints to facebook. Some of the scans had the correct amount of contrast but others were too gray. How do I fix the prints so they will upload with the correct contrast?

For fixing Contrast Try Free Software like Google Picasa or Photoshop
Then Upload the photos from the Photos Tab in Facebook

Use your photo editor before uploading to FB. There will be a contrast option. What you see after you fix through the edit program is what will upload and be seen on FB.
