Consider that nowadays a brand new desktop computer may be acquired for as little as $500. You can get a second-hand computer for as low as $150. Consider also that you may give away a broken printer as a bonus but you may not consider it in the price.
Now for a relatively recent computer, half the original price seems reasonable. But again, considering that it is infected, leading to extra fees or extra trouble to the buyer, my suggestion would be to go for a third of the original price.

You linked a monitor, not a computer. It’s hard to answer without knowing any of the computers specs.
