This might sound like a cop-out answer, but ask Road Runner how to do it. Each ISP has a different way of setting up e-mail accounts so they’ve probably already provided a runthrough, somewhere, for you to follow.

Open up your windows live email webpage … click on the link on the left to "Add email account". Simply enter your road runner email address and password. Live email take care of the rest for you. No more entering in POP3/SMTP addresses.
