Hiya…
I recently got my computer wiped and got windows 7 on it. It is an acer laptop and it has a built in Crystal Eye cam. I tried fixing it so the cam would come up but it wont? Any ideas?
Also i would like to know if you can also make videos with the crystal eye webcam and how i can do this ? Please help :)

After researching your webcam, I don’t see any available driver updates from Acer; and Windows 7 compatibility doesn’t list this webcam as compatible as seen HERE. You can, however, try installing the Vista driver to see if it may work. There are no guarantees to this method though.

Sounds like you need to go to Acers website and update the driver.
