First off, be very careful ordering a system like this online when they don’t specify the manufacturers of major components. Second, I think you’d be better off with a single 8800GT instead of a pair of crappy cards running in SLI. Single handedly it probably outperforms the pair. Third, I’m a bit confused about your PSU. The case says it comes with a 420w psu( psu’s that come with cases are usually not top rate) and later in the list a 680w psu (unknown maker) is mentioned.
If you know how to build your own I know you can get a decent rig for $1000. BTW, the link you added is broken so editing your list is not possible. If you can’t build your own, shop around some more. I only had to go to 1 site to get a cheaper price ($973) for a rig with an 8800GT 1GB and Windows and a second optical drive. It’s buyxg.com. Basically they had the same options you provided. Good luck.

I would have gone for a more powerful processor, but that is just me.
Also, i did not see the RAM in that, but if you DO find it, i would suggest a MINIMUM of 2gb
