Currently having window XP. Say if I have virus and spyware, and I’m too lazy to delete them and stuff, will all of these malwares be deleted if I updated my window to either vista or window 7?

i just got a laptop and i wanted to know what would be the best protection to get since i like to download music and all that stuff

I wanna buy a wireless routher but I can only connect 1 computer to the wifi, do routers have an ethernet out so i can connect one computer to it like a normal modem and the other using the wifi connection?

Like when it scans, say if i wanted to change it to 12pm daily, how would i do that?

I keep pushing the maintance button that says "head cleaning" and there are still lines, after that I push "Nozzle Check"and nothing! By the way, my printer is an EPSON Stylus C62 Series.
