Wireless internet access points can broadcast singals with a range up to 120 feet (whoopp i learnt something) that means that suers in the neigbours, apartment buildings, comercial pprks and other areas can bee mutliple networks. Discuss some of the concerns that this raises from a home users point of view and from a business’s point of view.

Concerns? well people using your bandwidth that you have paid for,if you dont have security enabled. Downloading of prohibited materials, and illegal downloading of copyrighted material can all be traced to the owners IP address. People getting into your network and stealing info (identity theft) or accessing sensitive data. The ability to see where you have been on the internet and snag passwords to accounts.. the list can go on and on..Thats why you should always enable encryption and secure the network as tight as you can if using wireless. In fact it is possible to broadcast fake Access points in hope some "bandwidth thief" will try to connect and think they are getting something for nothing and if their system is not secure you can access their system in reverse. Turn the table on them so to speak.
