I’m 17 years old, soon to be a senior in high school. I really love technology and iI would like to work at the apple store as a specialist, but what are the requirements, do you need some degree or something. Well, I’m trying to get my compTIA A+ certification, so would that help me???
please help me with other information that you might have.

According to the apple site, as a specialist you have to have a great personality/can relate with customers. Customer service is a huge part of the apple experience. You also need to have knowledge of all the product. Get updates so you can share what you know about what they want.
In a nutshell: be extremely outgoing, make everyone you come in contact with feel like it’s a safe environment and read up on all the apple products. If you have questions then ask your co-workers around you.
G’luck!

I do not think you need a degree or anything like that but any additional IT qualifications, a love for Apple products and the ability to help people would be great assets to have for this position.
