he would follow everyone if he could but he hasnt got a lot of time but trys to follow as many people as he can. you just got to wait, when he is online just tweet him a couple of times and ask him to follow you, he will eventually :)
it only took him a couple of months to follow me and i didnt even ask him to!

JUSITN BIEBER WAS ATTACKED AFTER GETTING OUT OF HIS CAR IN THE BAHAMAS. THE MAN WHO ATTACKED HIM WAS APPARENTLY ANGRY AT ALL THE ATTENTION BEIBER IS RECEIVING LATELY AND APPEARED TO BE IN HIS 30′S. BIEBER IS OKAY AND IS RECOVERING AFTER HE WAS PUNCHED IN THE FACE AND PUSHED TO THE GROUND OUTSIDE THE ATLANTIS HOTEL IN THE BAHAMAS.
