The problem with all these unlimited hosts is if you use more than 5GB of space or 100GB of bandwidth they’ll pull the plug on you. The Forum Forge WILL NOT pull the plug on you unless you exceed your limits.

Free hosting is good for a static site or a blog (http://www.woordpress.copm/ ). A cheap host with a free domain name is actually expensive. They typically charge about $5/month more than a cheap host without a free domain name. And a domain name is $10-$20/year – $40-$50 cheaper than a "free" one.
You want a few things:
Good to great tech support
A fast site
Always (or almost always) online
Saving $1/month to get a slow site that’s frequently down isn’t a great idea.

His site also includes free installation of basic scripts and will install the template you choose if you decide to use wordpress as your website builder.
