Right now we pay for EMBARQ in Shippensburg,PA and we are going to be moving maybe to Carlisle,PA within the next month or so,and we are looking for a cheap and good service to go through. We will be only having cell phones and no house phone so we need a place that lets you get the internet with out a phone.
Anyone know any cheap providers?

You’ll need to be sure that Carlisle has dsl. You might want to check out Earthlink or check for sites online. I live in a small town in MI, 9 miles from a big city and they don’t have dsl here. I sure wish they did. Good luck.
