The second one. 6 cell battery and the nVidia GPU, as well as the free printer and Works (if you happen to use that package).
The important thing you should be looking at are user reviews. Are they both Dells? Do they both have the same warranties?

I’d take the second one. Glossy screens tick me off. I had an HP laptop last year with a glossy screen. It wasn’t a bad computer, but you always had to move it so the glare wouldn’t get into your eyes while you were typing.

I’d go with the second one based on the battery and the durability and stability of Sempron processors. Although the machine are similar.
