You can dis-able the following:
1)dlcqmon.exe, it’s a printer’s software so if it’s not running it won’t affect System’s stability.
2)MemoryCardManager, samething as above a printer’s software.
3)RocketDock, you can dis-able that also unless u’re enjoying making ur Windows look like a Mac then just keep it =)
4)WMPNSCFG, it’s Windows Media Player I have no idea why it starts on start-up you can dis-able that.
5)Google Update, You can disable that too, I suppose it’s for Google Toolbar right? you can disable that too.
Hope I helped =)

You can delete rocketdock if you want it’s something you installed not something essential for the computer to run. It creates the Mac-like dock at the bottom if your screen (if there is no dock at the bottom of your screen then you are not using it anyway so you might as well delete it).
