2.While using your computer, you attempt to open the DVD drive to insert an installation DVD for a program you wish to install. The drive, however, does not open when you press the eject button. The drive opened a few minutes prior, when you removed a music CD. What steps will you take to open the drive before calling technical support?

Open computer,right click DVD RW or DVD CD rom drive and click open. Close it by using the open/ close button on the computer. The malfunctioning may be caused by dust in the computer. Blow some air through the open/close button may fix it or the method of the pencil. Open the cover of the cd/dvd drive, there is a small hole at the top (depending of the computer) insert a small point and gently push it in, the drive will open
