Usually when your mouse is lagging it is because the game is to graphic intensive for the video card you have installed. I had the same problem. i simply upgraded my video card and it was fixed.
The video card you have installed may have outdated drivers also. Try updating them before spending money on a new card.

try looking at the mouse sensitivity on the game
that might be the problem

yeah check the mouse sensitivity but also it sounds like your lagging. your computer may not be good enough to support the game

Maybe your memory can’t keep up. Or maybe the mouse sensitivity is off.
