Where can I embed video clips and keep track of my favorite videos from anywhere on the net?

I would like to create a blog/web page where I can embed video clips I find on the net. I am not a sophisticated computer programmer, so the easier the better. I need something that is ideal for videos rather than pictures, text, music.

You can create a blog using web development program or platform. This will require some intermediate knowledge of how to add content. If you are only considered with video, try ChannelStack.com. You will be able to embed video clips, create links to clips, and create links to favorite online video pages. There are a bunch of social features in addition to grouping and search functionality.
