I have DVD case printing project to do. The project has all white writing on a black background, I figure I can save a ton of ink if I can find some black paper to print these labels on. No matter if it inkjet or laser, we have both printers here.

I love answering questions that people think are impossible :)
Black copy/printer paper is available from The Paper Mill Store. The link below will take you to the black papers. I should think the Astrobrights Paper – 60 lb ream would suit your purposes. It is available for $21.97

The media which you have mentioned may not be available in the market. I suggest you to contact the Printer manufacturer who will guide you to obtain the exact media.

Printers do not have white ink ! I guess you could find some black construction paper like the kids use in grade school and make a stencil and use some white craft paint for the title and artist’s name , but I don’t think that would work for the rest because the text size would be so small. You might have to consider a black front case insert and a white printed case insert for the back..

what you are looking for is not possible.
You cannot find black inkjet printable paper for the soul reason that there is no printer out there which prints white.
White is made by an absence of ink.
Likewise printer ink is not opaque. It i transparent, so printing on dark media will result in any ink color not showing through.
