Strange question here, but here goes.
I play music on my PC constantly, quite loud but not the max. My speakers are logitech and produced a very high definition sound, but recently it sounds as if the quality of my music has got worse, as if the bitrate was halved, but it hasnt of course. Im wondering what could have caused it, i play all my music through itunes and recently i tried to squeeze 90 albums on my 8gb ipod (192 kbps on all music) but they wouldnt alla t ocne so i went round that by adding 80, then adding another ten one by oen until my ipod has 50mb left, could this have compressed my music to fit it or lessen the quality?
Ultimately im asking is it possible that my speakers/sound card is worn out/broken? my msuics not scratchy or fuzzy, just sounds a little less sharp, what can i do?

No, putting music on the iPod never causes additional compression all by itself. You would have to actively do that, intentionally. You would know you’re doing it.
Most likely your speakers are wearing out. If you listen loud regularly, they will wear out, over time.
It’s also possible the sound card (or onboard sound) is failing, but not likely. They’re usually extremely reliable.
My bet is the speakers.
