Hey,dear~~
I thought you should get rid of Internet Explorer. My friends alway ask me to fix their crazy Internet Explorer.
However, I tell them IE is terrible. It’s unstable, error-prone, and insecure.
You may often see a crash like http://bit.ly/2rMsIJ
Switch Firefox! FF is an open source project so that many enthusiastic programmers trace the source code every day.
Thus, firefox has become more and more robust!
Give yourself a nice browsing experience.

Try using these programs. Download, update, and full scan.
MalwareBytes: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An…
SuperAntiSpyware: http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpywar…
***If you have malware that redirects you when you try to go to the links I listed, restart your computer, hit F8 as it boots up, and choose "Safe Mode with Networking". You should be able to download them now***
***If you cannot run the files, try changing the name***
Those should take care of most malware on your computer. Make sure you restart your computer (if prompted). To keep up security, I would install this:
Microsoft Security Essentials: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essent…
Microsoft Security Essentials is an excellent, free, real time antimalware product from Microsoft.
And of course keep your windows up to date :)
Hope this helps :)

you have a virus. hit ctrl alt delete and then click proccesses, then you need to look up the different proccesses that don’t look legit. they will all be under the user name you’re on (ex: Administrator) and have weird names. look them up on the internet and they’ll tell you if they’re bad or not.
If you don’t want to do that, get AVG Free and scan for viruses, but I’m telling you it sometimes doesn’t work.
If this has just happened today or recently, go to "My Computer", then click "Local Hard Drive (C:)", then click "Program Files", there, sort the files by "date created" (NOT date modified), then look at the most recently created folder, if you don’t recognise it, try to delete it. If you can’t because it says the program is running, remember that name it tells you of the file that can’t be deleted, hold ctrl, alt, and delete, then go to proccesses in the task manager, then right click on the file you saw earlier and click "end proccess". Now you can delete the folder and you won’t have any more troubles.
